Donations made through Friends of KSLM are voluntary contributions to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe and Zeffy). By donating, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the payment provider you select.

Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide receipts for tax purposes, but we recommend consulting a tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

Recurring donations continue until canceled through the payment provider or by contacting us. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Grant and support applications are reviewed based on public, written criteria and mission alignment. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding.

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. We may request additional documentation. Decisions are made by the Board of Directors or authorized review committees.

All support is provided for charitable and educational outcomes. We do not provide grants or support for political campaigns, private benefit, or activities that do not align with our mission.

Event submissions are reviewed before being featured. We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, and alignment with our mission, or to decline submissions that do not meet our guidelines.

By submitting an event, you confirm that you have the right to share the information provided and that the event details are accurate.

Business supporter acknowledgments are designed to recognize contributions in a neutral, mission-aligned way. Recognition may include names, logos, and brief descriptions. It does not include promotional calls to action, comparative claims, or advertising language.

We reserve the right to decline or remove supporter recognition that does not meet nonprofit compliance standards or our recognition guidelines.

The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Friends of KSLM or used with permission. You may view, share, and link to content for personal or nonprofit purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
